Sustainable Transformations Ltd is a UK consultancy founded by Husman Khan, a transformation director with 25+ years directing enterprise change across automotive, aerospace, industrial automation, and technology sectors.
Prior to founding Sustainable Transformations, Husman spent eight years at Ocado Group across four progressive director-level roles, most recently as Director of Health, Safety, Fire and Environment. He led the ONE PLM enterprise programme: 26 projects, more than 150 engineers, six consultancy partners, and £5M in finance-validated annual benefits signed off by the CFO.
The operating model is the unit of transformation, not the technology. Sustainable Transformations takes on a limited number of engagements to maintain quality and senior involvement at every stage. Every engagement is led by the principal, not staffed out.
